Meet Sarah
For years, I half-jokingly said that red wine was “Mummy’s medicine.”
It was my way of calming a frazzled nervous system or so I thought.
After the birth of my twins, that stopped working.
Eventually... yoga and astrology became my new medicine.

It showed me that we’re not broken, just wired differently.
